Mobile Phlebotomist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and professional Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team in the Clinton, TN 37716 area. In this role, you will travel to patients' residences or workplaces to perform blood draws and other specimen collections as needed. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a high-end, patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to patients’ homes, offices, or other agreed-upon locations for specimen collection
• Perform venipuncture and other phlebotomy procedures safely and efficiently
• Properly label, handle, and prepare specimens for transport to laboratories
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow HIPAA protocols
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of mobile equipment and supplies
• Communicate clearly and timely with office staff

Requirements:

• Certified Phlebotomist (state-specific license/certification as required)
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in phlebotomy, preferably in a mobile or concierge setting
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• BLS Certification
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional appearance and demeanor; experience working with high-profile clientele a plus
• Availability during mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
• Be able to work in the early morning/early afternoon hours to accommodate patients.
• Be attentive to details.
• Have an active email for lab coordination/communication
• Access to a working printer for requisition
