Mobile Phone Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Mobile Phone Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting a team of sales representatives and technicians, ensuring smooth store operations, maintaining product availability, and delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff and customer service representatives.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and work toward achieving sales targets.
  • Assist customers with mobile phone purchases, upgrades, accessories, and service inquiries.
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance.
  • Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandise displays.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and point-of-sale transactions.
  • Monitor store appearance and maintain company standards.
  • Prepare sales reports and submit performance updates to management.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and distributors regarding stock availability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and security procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in mobile phone sales, retail, or telecommunications.
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of smartphones, mobile plans, accessories, and related technology.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
