Job Summary:
The Mobile Phone Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting a team of sales representatives and technicians, ensuring smooth store operations, maintaining product availability, and delivering a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff and customer service representatives.
- Monitor daily sales performance and work toward achieving sales targets.
- Assist customers with mobile phone purchases, upgrades, accessories, and service inquiries.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandise displays.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and point-of-sale transactions.
- Monitor store appearance and maintain company standards.
- Prepare sales reports and submit performance updates to management.
- Coordinate with suppliers and distributors regarding stock availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and security procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in mobile phone sales, retail, or telecommunications.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of smartphones, mobile plans, accessories, and related technology.
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
