Mobile Phone Technician

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Repair Technician ( Male candidate only) to handle both customer sales and technical repair services at a mobile accessories & repair Shop located in Ajman. The candidate must be skilled in mobile/laptop repairs and confident in customer communication and sales. Candidate must have own valid UAE Visa.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and assist with product or service inquiries.

Promote and sell mobile phones, accessories, and electronic products.Diagnose and repair mobile phones, tablets, and laptops (hardware & software).

Perform component-level repairs including screens, batteries, charging ports, and motherboard fixes.Install and update operating systems, apps, and software configurations.

Test and ensure repaired devices are fully functional before delivery.Provide accurate repair cost estimates and service timelines.

Maintain Shop product display, repair workspace, and inventory.Handle sales billing and maintain daily sales & repair logs.

Meet monthly sales and service targets as required.Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional Shop environment.

Requirements:Must have own valid UAE Visa (Employment / Freelance / Family).

Practical experience in mobile & laptop hardware/software repair.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Confident in sales and product recommendations.
Basic computer and billing system knowledge.
Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
