Mobile Physical Therapist

Join our healthcare team as a dedicated Physical Therapist, where your expertise will transform patient recovery journeys across diverse settings. In this vital role, you will assess, plan, and implement tailored physiotherapy interventions to promote mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being. Whether working in outpatient clinics or home health environments, you’ll play a key part in helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life through evidence-based practices and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine functional limitations and develop personalized care plans.
  • Implement physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy, manual therapy, and exercise programs tailored to individual needs.
  • Manage discharge planning processes to ensure seamless transition from inpatient to home or community care settings.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists.
  • Document patient progress accurately using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and maintain detailed treatment records.
  • Provide specialized care for diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedics, and patients in acute care or outpatient settings.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on physiotherapy exercises, injury prevention strategies, and health maintenance practices.

Experience

  • Demonstrated success in outpatient clinics or home & community care settings with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology essential for accurate assessment and treatment planning.
  • Hands-on experience with physiotherapy modalities such as trigger point therapy and orthopedics treatments.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems for efficient documentation and communication of patient information.
  • Background working with diverse populations in geriatrics, in hospital or home health contexts.

Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour
