Mobile Product Manager

Position: Product Manager – Mobile.

Experience: 5 - 7yrs

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UI/UX, customer success, and leadership to ensure alignment on product vision and strategy. Regularly communicate updates and gather feedback from stakeholders to refine product features.
• Customer Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable product requirements. Utilize data-driven insights to prioritize features that enhance user satisfaction and drive business growth.
• Mobile App Expertise: Leverage prior knowledge of mobile applications in the B2B SaaS landscape to inform product decisions. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our mobile solutions remain competitive and innovative.
• Technical Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of mobile technologies and architectures. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure feasibility and scalability of mobile solutions.
• Scaling Adoption: Develop strategies to increase mobile app usage among customers. Monitor user engagement metrics and implement improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
• Mobile UX Awareness: Advocate for user-centric design principles in the development of mobile applications. Ensure the product delivers an intuitive, seamless experience that meets the needs of diverse user personas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from IIT/IIM’s
• 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on mobile applications for B2B SaaS products.
• Strong technical background with familiarity in mobile development frameworks and methodologies.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with tools for analytics, project management, and UX design.
• Experience in Construction Technology
