MOBILE SERVICE COORDINATOR/CASHIER - Alan Jay Ford of Sebring

Alan Jay Automotive Network (Ford) is looking to hire a full-time Mobile Service Coordinator/Cashier.

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mobile Coordinator/Cashier to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for the logistical and administrative oversight of field operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, dispatching, and customer service for on-site vehicle maintenance. It is essential to maintaining accurate and efficient files. Also responsible for completing cashier transactions for those who have serviced or purchased parts at the dealership.

Primary Duties

  • Coordinate and schedule mobile service appointments, optimizing routes and assigning field technicians to customer locations based on availability, urgency, and geography.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, scheduling requests, providing service updates, and addressing any concerns or complaints to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents
  • Perform data entry and update records using Microsoft Office as needed
  • Greet customers, answer multi-line phone system, and handle inquiries with professional phone etiquette.
  • Provide customer support through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions, ensuring high levels of customer service
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an office environment
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems, and customer service is desirable
  • Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Pay based upon experience.
