Are you mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and looking to build a long-term career in the diesel truck industry? Gallaher Fleet Solutions is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Mobile Service Truck Apprentice to join our team.

As a Mobile Service Truck Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced diesel technicians, learning the skills needed to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel trucks and fleet equipment. This is a hands-on opportunity to develop valuable technical skills while working in the field and helping keep our customers on the road.

What You'll Do

• Assist mobile service technicians with diagnosing and repairing diesel trucks and fleet equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance services, inspections, and routine repairs.
• Learn to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Travel to customer locations in a company service truck with experienced technicians.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Accurately document work performed using Fullbay (our technician software).
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities.

What You Need

• Willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of tools and vehicle maintenance preferred.
• Positive attitude and growth mindset.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to work as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift, carry, and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Diesel, automotive, agricultural, or heavy equipment experience is a plus but not required.
