Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Servicer to join our team in Qatar.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of all types of mobile phones and a good understanding of mobile sales.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues for all smartphone brands

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and part replacement

Handle customer queries and provide service updates

Support in mobile product sales and customer assistance

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile repairing/service

Good knowledge of mobile hardware and software

Languages: Hindi & English (required), Arabic (preferred)
