About Us:

All American Sitters is seeking compassionate and responsible childcare providers to join our team! We provide high-quality childcare for church nurseries, preschool rooms, and special events throughout Nashville and Franklin. Job Overview:

This position is perfect for childcare providers, teachers, or nannies looking to pick up extra hours. Sitters will care for children in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment at churches or special events. Shifts are flexible, making this a great fit for those with open availability and a love for working with children.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
• Provide basic care, including meal/snack preparation and cleanup.
• Assist with educational activities, playtime, and social interaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized childcare space.
• Communicate with church staff and parents regarding any concerns.
• Support children with special needs, if applicable.
• Follow church or event policies regarding childcare guidelines.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in childcare, babysitting, or teaching.
• CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience working with toddlers and preschool-aged children is preferred.
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a church or event setting.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
