Mobile Technician

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Mobile Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing smartphones and tablets of various brands, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in smartphones and tablets
• Replace screens, batteries, and other internal components
• Troubleshoot network, software, and performance problems
• Provide accurate repair estimates to customers
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools
• Keep detailed records of repairs and parts used
• Ensure quality control and testing after repairs

Requirements:

• Experience in mobile phone repair (hardware and software)
• Knowledge of different smartphone brands and models
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, preferably in a supermarket or similar environment.
• Valid NOC (No Objection Certificate) from a previous employer (for visa transfer purposes).
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
