We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and growth-oriented Licensed Physical Therapist to help support individuals seeking to improve mobility, balance, strength, functional independence, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and reassessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Deliver therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation interventions
- Implement balance, coordination, and fall prevention programs
- Provide gait training and functional mobility instruction
- Perform neuromuscular re-education and movement-based therapies
- Assist patients with transfer training and activities that improve daily function
- Educate patients, caregivers, and support teams on rehabilitation goals and home programs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
- Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with professional standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and support staff

QualificationsRequired
- Active Texas Physical Therapist License
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage patient caseloads effectively

- Experience with developmental disabilities
- Experience with geriatric populations
- Experience with community-based rehabilitation
