Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and growth-oriented Licensed Physical Therapist to help support individuals seeking to improve mobility, balance, strength, functional independence, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and reassessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
• Deliver therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation interventions
• Implement balance, coordination, and fall prevention programs
• Provide gait training and functional mobility instruction
• Perform neuromuscular re-education and movement-based therapies
• Assist patients with transfer training and activities that improve daily function
• Educate patients, caregivers, and support teams on rehabilitation goals and home programs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with professional standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and support staff

QualificationsRequired

• Active Texas Physical Therapist License
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage patient caseloads effectively

• Experience with neurological conditions
• Experience with developmental disabilities
• Experience with geriatric populations
• Experience with community-based rehabilitation
• Experience with balance and fall prevention programs
• Interest in program development and leadership opportunities
