Model Home Host

Mid-Atlantic Builders, an award-winning luxury homebuilder with 47 years of success, is looking for two part-time Model Home Hosts to join our team: one for our Bowie, MD location and one for our Poolesville, MD location. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of customer-facing experience.

If you’re organized, people-oriented, and enjoy creating a welcoming first impression, we’d love to hear from you. These positions are part-time, scheduled for two weekdays per week, with occasional weekends and additional hours as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and engage prospective buyers in the model home.
• Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for every visitor.
• Support on-site Sales Representatives with day-to-day operations.
• Assist with follow-ups, customer communication, and lead capture.
• Help maintain the presentation of the model home and surrounding sales materials.
• Ensure accurate listing details on MLS, websites, and print materials.

What You’ll Bring

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A positive attitude and team-first mentality.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in real estate or new home construction.
• Ability to obtain a Maryland Builder Sales License.

Schedule

• Part-time (approximately 15 hours/week)
• Two weekdays per week
• Occasional weekends
• Opportunity for additional hours as needed
