Model N Flex Techno‑Functional Consultant

Role Summary
Seeking a Model N Flex Techno‑Functional Consultant to provide L2/L3 production support for US Market Access applications. The role combines strong functional knowledge with hands‑on technical troubleshooting, integrations, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
L2/L3 support for Model N Flex covering Chargebacks, Commercial Rebates, Medicaid, Validata, and Government Pricing
Incident triage, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
Troubleshoot integration issues (APIs, EDI, IICS, batch jobs)
Support Government Pricing calculations (AMP, BP, NFAMP, ASP)
Data analysis and reconciliation using SQL
Support releases, SIT/UAT, and production fixes
Maintain support documentation and knowledge articles

Required Skills
Hands‑on experience with Model N Flex
Strong understanding of US Market Access processes
Experience in AMS / MSP / Production Support
Strong SQL skills (Cognos reporting preferred)
Pharma / Life Sciences domain experience

Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
