Social Media, marketing and advertising targeting, sales and exceptional customer service representative, expressing professionalism, modernization and closing techniques with high-level performance, in a high volume, never ending multifamily industry.

Position Overview: The Modern Marketing and Reputation Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our brand’s identity and reputation in the digital landscape. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in modern marketing techniques and reputation management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement innovative marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and enhance brand awareness across digital and traditional channels.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the development of engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, google listings, resident portals, community newsletters, and websites, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating and curating content, engaging with audiences, and monitoring trends.
  • Reputation Management: Monitor and manage the company’s online reputation, including review sites, social media, and other digital platforms. Respond to feedback and manage customer inquiries effectively.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze marketing performance metrics and reputation indicators to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions. Conduct market surveys on comps and stay in the know with trends and multifamily industry ins and outs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer service, and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging and promote a cohesive brand experience. Working alongside both the Property Managers and Property Needs as well as Regional Team on tasks, wish lists, needs and special projects with clear visions and excutions.
  • Crisis Communication: Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to address any reputation-related challenges that may arise.

Same with Occupancy/Net Leased. Staying trendy yet engaging to ensure occupancy goals remain up to par and at high percentages, driving traffic to onsite Apartment Communities and focusing on retaining the current residents with renewals.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and best practices in reputation management.

>Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Apartments.com, Zillow, Google, Yelp, ApartmentList and Website
>Monitor and ensure accuracy and consistency of all site listings: Google, Yelp, Apartments.com, Zillow, and more for photo content and reviews.
>Monitoring and responding to reviews and reputation management
>Flagging non-related, irrelevant or inappropriate reviews, content, photos, and such for a clean crisp professional business platform, up-to-date and active.

This position will be cross-trained with the leasing professionals and management as new tasks develop and based off needs of the property, regional requests, staffing, involvement, and performance. Phone etteiqute, typing, and self-accountability and independent working skills a must.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Work Schedule: Hours of work are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends. Hours could fluctuate and increase and/or decrease as needed during peak summer months (or as mandated by your Regional). Location will be mainly based out of the Regional Office in Rogers, but roving and working at on-site Apartment Communities as needed from Fort Smith, Fayetteville, Rogers, Bentonville, and Tahlequah Oklahoma- servicing all River Valley and Northwest Arkansas.

Consumption of alcoholic beverages or being under the influence is prohibited.

Drug-Screening: Successfully pass a drug-screening test.

Must adhere to Fair Housing Laws and CVP policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 per hour
