Modern Trade Key Account Officer (Oil)

Job Purpose

Contribute to the company's sustainable growth and profitability by effectively managing assigned key accounts, maximizing sales opportunities, ensuring strong customer relationships, and expanding account potential that supports long-term business success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the achievement of all KPIs (Volume, Visibility, Collection).
  • Responsible for delivering the planned annual and monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure the execution of all planned activities and agreements (BDAs) within assigned accounts.
  • Adhere to and control all financial aspects of the account to ensure maximum return on investment through proper implementation of the business plan and financial policies.
  • Maintain a forward plan of at least eight weeks, supported by complete programming and documentation.
  • Plan and maintain proper customer service levels (sales calls, activities, merchandising, and logistics) and work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure full execution.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with Sales/Marketing Majors.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of work experience.
  • Language: Arabic & English.
