Modular Designer (Sales)

Location: Raipur
Salary: 25,000 + Incentives (1% + 0.5% extra on target completion)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Modular Designer with strong knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and home furniture solutions. The candidate will work in a sales-driven environment, handle clients, create modular layouts, and support sales conversions through professional design presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients, understand requirements, and prepare modular designs
• Create layouts for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and furniture
• Explain design concepts, materials, finishes, and options to clients
• Follow up on leads to ensure conversion and sales growth
• Coordinate with production, design, and installation teams
• Prepare BOQs, design files, and maintain project documentation
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales and revenue targets

Skills & Requirements

• Strong knowledge of modular kitchen and modular furniture designing
• Experience in the modular industry preferred
• Ability to create layouts (AutoCAD / software knowledge is an advantage)
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets
