Monday.com Process Automation Specialist (Project Based)

About Us:
We are a UK-based accountancy firm with offices in both the UK and Pakistan. We are looking to streamline our internal processes using Monday.com and require an experienced consultant to design and implement a complete workflow system.

Scope of Work:

• Analyse our current processes (accounting, client onboarding, task management, etc.)
• Design and build end-to-end workflows on Monday.com
• Set up boards, dashboards, automations, and integrations
• Create clear SOPs/documentation
• Provide basic training to team members
• Ensure the system is scalable and easy to use

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Monday.com (workflow creation, automations, dashboards)
• Experience working with professional services firms (preferably accounting)
• Strong process design and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and work with remote teams

Project Type:

• One-time project (not a permanent role)

Deliverables:

• Fully functional Monday.com system tailored to our business
• Documentation and training for staff

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
