Money Management / Administrative Staff

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Money Management / Administrative Staff member to support seniors needing bill pay guidance. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, experience in balancing checking accounts and an understanding of seniors. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational abilities, proficiency with banking matters and setting up auto pay and as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Duties

  • Work done primarily in client's home across Morgan, Cass, Scott, Greene and Jersey Counties. Mileage reimbursement.
  • Manage and oversee financial transactions, including bill processing, and data entry using Quicken.
  • Maintain accurate records of participant files, monthly activity reporting, and documentation in compliance with Illinois Volunteer money management standards.
  • Assist in the administration programs and certification in various PCOA programs.
  • Coordinate Representative Payee services with the Social Security Administration.
  • Handle customer service inquiries via phone and email, providing timely assistance while maintaining professional phone etiquette.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year

Education:
