Role Overview

Join our school in Massachusetts as a Lead Montessori Guide for the Toddler Community (15 months – 6 years). This role is designed for a native Spanish-speaking professional dedicated to the 0–3 developmental plane within an authentic immersion setting.

Candidate Requirements

We are currently prioritizing native Spanish speakers who hold U.S. citizenship or legal residency.

• Certification: Montessori credential (AMI, AMS, or equivalent) or currently enrolled in an accredited program.
• Expertise: Deep understanding of the 0–3 age group and immersion-based instruction.
• Status: Established permanent authorization to work in the U.S.
