Job Description

Aal-e-Imran School System is seeking an experienced and passionate Montessori Coordinator to lead and manage the Montessori section. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of Montessori education and maintain effective coordination between staff, parents, and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Montessori section
• Guide and supervise teaching staff
• Ensure proper implementation of Montessori philosophy and curriculum
• Communicate effectively with parents and school management
• Organize staff training and professional development programs

Requirements

• Master’s degree / Montessori Diploma
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent classroom management abilities
• Passion for early childhood development
