Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced "Montessori Directress" to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment based on Montessori principles, ensuring holistic development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate Montessori lessons and activities.

Maintain an engaging, organized, and child-centered classroom environment.

Observe and assess each child’s progress, providing individualized guidance.

Encourage independence, discipline, and curiosity among students.

Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development and classroom updates.

Ensure adherence to school policies, safety, and hygiene standards.

Collaborate with co-teachers and the academic team to enhance teaching practices.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree

Prior experience as a Montessori Directress is mandatory

Montessori Diploma/Certification will be an added advantage

Excellent communication and classroom management skills

Warm, patient, and creative personality with a passion for early childhood education
