Montessori Elementary Lead Guides 2026-2027 school year

We are excited to grow our Kinetissori team and are now hiring Montessori Certified Teachers. Lower Elementary (6-9 years) and upper elementary (9-12 years). Positions are available at our Allied Gardens location.

Full-time and part-time positions available

Hiring Multiple Candidates

Lead Montessori Guide Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Montessori philosophy and methodology
• Create and submit weekly lesson plans
• Maintain student records and ongoing classroom assessments
• Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing learning environment
• $28-$40/hour depending on experience

Requirements:

• Montessori Credential (AMI, AMS, or MACTE-accredited program)
• 12 ECE units/Childcare credits required (or in progress)
• Previous preschool or early childhood experience
• Previous teaching experience
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Reliable, friendly, and team-oriented
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures
