Brooksfield School is looking for an experienced After School Care Toddler and Early Childhood Assistant for the remainder of the 2025-26 School year. Job runs from now-June 6th. We run a summer camp beginning in June, so there is year round employment. Hours are 10:00 AM-5:45PM, 2:00pm- 5:45PM Monday-Friday or could be more flexible depending on your schedule.

Must have professional experience working with 2-3 year olds or young children ages 3-10. Responsibilities include assisting the Extended Day Director, helping with potty training, changing diapers, assisting with snack, facilitating playground play, facilitating classroom play, arts and crafts, etc. The child care responsibilities include working together with other team members to ensure the safety and wellness being of all students. The children spend large parts of the afternoon in the outdoor environment.

Required Qualifications:

6-12 months of experience working with children ages 2-3 years olds or young children ages 3-10years old in an early childhood setting or home environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

An associate's or bachelor’s degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education or a related field.

OR

Student currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program in Child Development, Early Childhood Education or a related field.
