Job Type: Full-time (In Person)

We are a well-established Montessori school in Clearwater, FL with a strong, collaborative culture. Many of our team members have been with us for 10+ years. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, respectful environment for both children and staff, and we’re excited to welcome additional educators for our growing programs.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking Montessori-trained teachers at all levels, with a particular need for:

• Elementary (6–12)
• Secondary (12+)

We are also currently hiring:

• Full-time Preprimary or Primary Leads or Assistant Teachers (ages 2–6)

Required Qualifications

• Montessori certification from  AMS, AMI, or IMC  (required for these roles)
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience working with children
• Strong classroom leadership and communication skills
• All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
