Infant Lead or Assistant Teacher – Downtown Redmond (Brand New Montessori Location)

About Us:
We have a newly opened Montessori preschool located in the heart of downtown Redmond, part of a growing group of early learning centers focused on creating warm, nurturing, and developmentally rich environments for children ages 6 weeks–6 years.

Position: Infant Lead or Assistant Teacher
Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5:30 PM)
Compensation: $22–$26 per hour, DOE + paid holidays, PTO, and staff tuition discounts

Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for infants (6 weeks–18 months)
• Follow Montessori principles and individualized care routines
• Support feeding, diapering, napping, and developmental milestones
• Communicate effectively with families and colleagues
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment

Qualifications:

• DCYF-compliant Early Childhood Education (ECE) credits or willingness to complete
• Current CPR/First Aid, TB test, and background check clearance
• Warm, reliable, and collaborative personality
• Montessori experience or interest a plus
