Montessori by the Sea is a nurturing, ocean-side bilingual Montessori school dedicated to authentic Montessori education. We are currently seeking AMI/AMS-trained Montessori Guides to join our Infant, Toddler, and Primary programs.

What We’re Looking For

• AMI or AMS Montessori certification (or in progress)
• Bilingual in Spanish & English (strongly preferred)
• A genuine love for working with young children
• Reliable, responsible, and hardworking
• Ability to thoughtfully apply Montessori principles in the classroom
• A collaborative, positive attitude
