Montessori Preschool Teacher

An established and well-respected Montessori school in Millbrae is seeking a warm, nurturing, and dedicated Montessori Preschool Teacher for both part-time and full-time positions.

We are looking for a passionate educator who loves working with children, values the Montessori philosophy, and is committed to creating a positive and engaging classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

• Implement Montessori curriculum and philosophy in the classroom
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and respectful learning environment
• Support children’s academic, social, and emotional development
• Maintain a well-organized and prepared Montessori classroom
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff
• Collaborate with a supportive teaching team

Qualifications:

• Montessori certification (preferred)
• 12 ECE units required (per California licensing requirements)
• Experience working with preschool-aged children
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• CPR/First Aid
