What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a dedicated Montessori Preschool Teacher who is compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about guiding young learners. The ideal candidate will:
✔ Have completed 12 Child Development units (required to work in preschool).
✔ Be able to pass a Live Scan background check.
✔ Demonstrate a passion for Montessori education and child-led learning.
✔ Foster a warm, supportive, and engaging classroom environment.
✔ Be a team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
✔ Show a willingness to grow and learn—we offer ongoing training and Montessori education support!
✔ Montessori certification preferred but not required. Higher pay opportunities for candidates with Montessori certification!

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children in a Montessori environment and a deep understanding of child-centered, hands-on learning. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining a Montessori classroom, fostering independence and curiosity in students, and collaborating with parents and staff to support each child’s development.

Qualifications:

• Montessori certification (AMS, AMI, or equivalent)
• Experience working with preschool-aged children
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A nurturing, patient, and creative approach to teaching
