Montessori Teacher

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Montessori Teacher to join our early learning team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Montessori principles and hands-on experience in guiding children through self-directed learning in a nurturing and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate Montessori lessons and activities.
• Create a stimulating, safe, and caring classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence.
• Observe and assess each child’s progress and maintain accurate developmental records.
• Introduce Montessori materials and guide children in their proper use.
• Foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth through structured play and interactive learning.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom updates.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan events, field trips, and school activities.
• Maintain classroom discipline, cleanliness, and order according to Montessori principles.
• Attend staff meetings, training programs, and workshops as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma/Certification in Montessori Education from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a Montessori or early childhood setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with young children and supporting holistic development.
• Ability to manage a mixed-age classroom effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of child psychology and early learning development stages.
• Creativity in lesson planning and activity design.
• Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for early education.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
