Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and Spanish-speaking Montessori Lead Teacher to join our team. This position begins immediately for our Summer Camp starting June 29, 2026, and continues through the upcoming school year (September 2026 – June 2027). A one-year commitment is mandatory.Key Responsibilities

• Lead a Montessori classroom using traditional materials and methods.
• Deliver daily instruction and communication natively in Spanish.
• Guide children in developing independence, confidence, and a love for learning.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and authentic Montessori environment

Qualifications

• Montessori teaching credential.
• Native or professional fluency in Spanish (Required).
• Proven experience working with preschool-aged children.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to commit to the entire 12-month cycle (Summer Camp + School Year).
