Montessori Trained Teacher

Design engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons based on Montessori principles.Use a variety of Montessori materials and activities to support each child’s unique learning journey.Facilitate learning experiences that foster self-discipline, independence, and a love for learning.
Create and maintain a prepared classroom environment that promotes creativity, exploration, and responsibility.Ensure the classroom is orderly, clean, and organized with materials available to students for self-directed learning.Encourage an atmosphere of respect, calmness, and peace among the students.

Observe and assess each child’s development and learning progress.Provide individualized instruction to meet the needs of each child, supporting their social, emotional, and academic growth.Encourage self-motivation and student independence, recognizing sensitive periods of development.

Qualifications:

• Montessori Certification
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Experience: At least 1 year of teaching experience in a Montessori setting.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and its application in the classroom.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work with children of diverse backgrounds and learning abilities.Patience, creativity, and passion for working with children.
