We are now expanding our Montessori teacher training division at our Kottakkal branch and looking for passionate educators to join our growing team.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Montessori Trainer to guide and mentor aspiring Montessori teachers. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Montessori philosophy, early childhood education, and training delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Montessori training sessions (theory and practical) for trainee teachers.
• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and teaching aids.
• Evaluate and assess trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Create a positive and interactive classroom atmosphere.
• Ensure all training modules are delivered according to curriculum standards.
• Support trainees in developing effective classroom management and teaching skills.
• Stay updated on current Montessori practices and educational trends.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certification in Montessori Education / Early Childhood Education (mandatory).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Montessori teaching or training.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Passionate about teaching and child-centered education.
• Strong organizational and mentoring abilities.
