Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Montessori Trainer to train aspiring teachers in Montessori education methods. The role requires strong subject knowledge, classroom management skills, and a child-centered teaching approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Train students in Montessori philosophy and teaching methods

• Demonstrate practical classroom activities and teaching aids

• Prepare lesson plans, manuals, and training materials

• Conduct assessments, teaching practice sessions, and evaluations

• Guide students on classroom handling and child psychology

• Provide individual mentoring and performance feedback

• Ensure a positive, interactive, and engaging learning environment

Requirements

• Diploma or Certification in Montessori Education

• Teaching or training experience preferred

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Patience, creativity, and passion for early childhood education

• Ability to train students for real classroom situations
