Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Young Preschool Teacher to join our team at Country Hills Montessori. In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners, guiding them through their educational journey while promoting independence and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with Montessori principles.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and administration.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and teaching practices.
• Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through hands-on activities.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Experience working with young preschool-aged children (2 1/2 to 3 year olds) in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and methods is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
