Petcare Deluxe LLC is a growing in-home pet care company providing dog walking and pet sitting services throughout Northeast Ohio. We focus on dependable care, great communication, and personalized attention for every pet we care for.

We are currently looking for a reliable and compassionate animal lover to join our team in the North Olmsted, North Ridgeville, Avon, and Elyria areas.

About the Position

• Flexible part-time scheduling
• Midday availability preferred (roughly 10 AM–3 PM)
• Additional morning, evening, and weekend visits may be available
• Visits generally range from 20–60 minutes
• No overnight stays required
• Hours may vary week to week based on scheduling needs

Typical Responsibilities

• Dog walking and in-home pet visits
• Feeding pets and refreshing water
• Cleaning litter boxes and assisting with basic pet care routines
• Providing companionship and exercise for pets
• Following detailed care instructions for each client
• Sending visit updates through our mobile app
• Traveling between client homes within your assigned area

Work Environment
This is an active position that may involve:

• Walking dogs in different weather conditions
• Handling pets with different personalities and energy levels
• Driving between visits throughout the day
• Working independently while staying organized and dependable

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation required
• Comfortable using a smartphone app for scheduling and visit updates
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Able to work independently and problem solve when needed
• Previous pet care experience is a plus, but not required
• Background screening required before hire

Compensation

• Competitive per-visit pay structure
• Short visits starting around $10+ per visit
• Longer visits starting around $18+ per visit
