Morning Nanny (Motherly/Experienced) – Windermere, FL

A warm, active, and sports-oriented family in Windermere is seeking a highly experienced nanny to support their busy household. This role is best suited for a seasoned caregiver who is confident, nurturing, and naturally takes on a leadership role within the home. This position requires someone physically able to actively care for two toddlers, including navigating stairs in the home

The family has five children (ages 1–13), with primary responsibility focused on two toddlers. Strong experience with toddlers is essential and it would be great if you bring experience with potty training and potty training. The ideal candidate is calm, organized, and able to keep up with an active household while providing a structured, loving environment.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Every other Saturday is required*

Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging and caring for two toddlers throughout the day
• Supporting potty training (required experience)
• Assisting with morning routines and transitions for older children
• Planning age-appropriate, screen-free activities
• Preparing simple meals/snacks for the children
• Light household support (children’s laundry, tidying, dishes)
• Occasional driving using the family’s vehicle (clean driving record required)

Requirements:

• 35+ preferred – must be a seasoned, experienced nanny (no students)
• Strong toddler experience, including potty training
• Warm, nurturing, and naturally “motherly” presence
• Comfortable in a busy, active home environment
• Pet-friendly (one dog in the home)
• Reliable, professional, and proactive

Compensation:
$25/hour (firm)

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
