Morning Personal Care Aide (PCA) - MONDAY-SUNDAY (Part Time)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations, including seniors and individuals with developmental disabilities. This role is primarily focused on personal care and companionship, but may also involve light assistance with daily living tasks. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life for our clients through personalized care and reliable support.

Schedule

• Monday - Sunday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Location: Ability to commute between Lawrenceville

Duties

• Provide safe and reliable transportation for client appointments, errands, and activities
• Offer companionship and emotional support to foster a positive, safe environment
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as light grooming and dressing, as needed
• Monitor and document any changes in health or behavior
• Support meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
• Provide attentive care for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or developmental disabilities
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to follow care plans

Requirements

• Previous experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• CPR/First Aid certification strongly preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to lift or assist with mobility equipment if needed
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Flexibility to adapt to client needs and scheduling changes

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
