Job Description : The Club Staff employees are the face of the club. Their mission is to create a positive environment for all members and guests by greeting everyone in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. This is a part time position with the opportunity to earn commissions on top of the hourly pay. It offers a perfect chance to work in a great atmosphere, learn about the health club business and enjoy a complimentary membership.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Provide excellent customer service
• Greet and check in all members and guests
• Answer incoming calls and direct calls to proper departments
• Update member’s account information
• Help members with questions or complaints
• Take payments for account balances, guest fees and other misc items
• Opening shifts start at 5 am

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
