نبحث عن أخصائية حمّام مغربي ماهرة وذات خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا. ستكون المرشحة المثالية مسؤولة عن تقديم جلسات الحمّام المغربي التقليدي بشكل احترافي، مع ضمان تجربة مريحة ومجددة للنشاط للعملاء. تتطلب هذه الوظيفة خبرة في تقنيات الاستحمام التقليدية، التقشير، والعناية بالجسم، مع الالتزام بأعلى معايير النظافة وخدمة العملاء.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• تنفيذ جلسات الحمّام المغربي التقليدي (الحمّام)، بما في ذلك التنظيف العميق، التقشير (باستخدام الكيسا والصابون البلدي)، وترطيب الجسم.
• ضمان تجربة فاخرة ومريحة للعملاء مع الحفاظ على الاحترافية التامة.
• تقييم احتياجات العملاء وتقديم جلسات مناسبة حسب نوع البشرة وتفضيلاتهم.
• الحفاظ على أعلى معايير النظافة في منطقة الحمّام، والتأكد من نظافة المكان قبل وبعد كل جلسة.
• الالتزام بجميع بروتوكولات السلامة والتعقيم الخاصة بالسبا لضمان بيئة آمنة.
• تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة، وجعل العملاء يشعرون بالراحة والاهتمام.
• اقتراح المنتجات وتوعية العملاء بفوائد العناية بالبشرة.
• العمل بروح الفريق مع باقي موظفي السبا لتقديم تجربة مميزة للضيوف.

المتطلبات:

• خبرة مثبتة كأخصائية حمّام مغربي أو في وظيفة مشابهة.
• معرفة بتقنيات الحمّام التقليدي، التقشير، وعلاجات الجسم.
• القدرة على تقديم تجربة احترافية، ودودة، ومركزة على رضا العميل.
• فهم قوي لمعايير النظافة والتعقيم.
• مهارات تواصل جيدة وقدرة على التعامل مع الآخرين.
• شهادة في العلاج بالسبا أو التجميل تُعد ميزة إضافية.
• الاستعداد للعمل بساعات مرنة، بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والأعياد.

Job Summary: (only Moroccan Ladies)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Moroccan Bath Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing authentic Moroccan bath (Hammam) treatments, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for clients. This role requires expertise in traditional bathing techniques, exfoliation, and body treatments while maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform traditional Moroccan Bath (Hammam) treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation (using Kessa glove & black soap), and body hydration.
• Ensure a luxurious and relaxing experience for clients while maintaining professionalism.
• Assess clients’ needs and provide tailored treatments based on their skin type and preferences.
• Maintain high hygiene standards in the bath area, ensuring cleanliness before and after each session.
• Follow all spa safety and sanitation protocolsto ensure a safe environment.
• Provide excellent customer service, making clients feel comfortable and well cared for.
• Offer product recommendations and educate clients on skincare benefits.
• Work collaboratively with the spa team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Moroccan Bath Specialist or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of traditional Hammam techniques, scrubbing, and body treatments.
• Ability to provide a professional, friendly, and customer-focused experience.
• Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in spa therapy or beauty treatments is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
