About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Mortgage Broker Assistant, who will also perform secretarial and administrative duties. This role involves extensive document processing, communication with banks, real estate agents, and clients, and supporting the mortgage broker throughout all stages of the transaction.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, collect, and verify all required mortgage documentation.
  • Communicate with banks regarding applications, approvals, missing documents, and status updates.
  • Support clients through the mortgage process, provide updates, request additional information.
  • Coordinate with realtors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage broker’s schedule, calls, emails, and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of all documents.
  • Assist in preparing agreements, reports, and presentations.

Requirements

  • Experience in administrative, secretarial, or assistant roles (mortgage/real estate/banking a plus).
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • High responsibility and ability to work with large amounts of paperwork.
  • Strong communication skills: written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
  • Proficiency in office software (Google Workspace/MS Office, scanners, document tools).
  • English — intermediate or above.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
