We are looking to hire Mortgage Consultant you will be responsible for managing the mortgage & banking relationships for the clients of our company. You will be responsible for signing MOUs and building relationships with Financial Institutions for our clients.

About the Role

The Mortgage and Banking Relationships Specialist is responsible for managing relationships with banks and financial institutions, facilitating mortgage processes for clients, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal sales teams and external financing partners. This role plays a key part in improving client experience, accelerating deal closures, and securing competitive financing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform market research for financing options for Bayut transactions clients
• Sign MOUs and contract with financial institutions to provide financing for Bayut clients
• Manage relationships with the financial institutions and get best possible leasing rates
• Oversee client applications for mortgage of Bayut clients
• Interact with Bayut clients to get the issues resolved with regards to mortgage applications
• Report application performance and suggest improvements
• Represent company in events with regards to Banking and Mortgage financing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration
• At least 3 years previous in Real Estate and Mortgage Financing

• Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
• A deep understanding of the market services/products
