Real TPO is expanding its team and looking for a Disclosure Specialist to help us deliver a best-in-class broker experience. This role is central to keeping loans compliant, efficient, and moving quickly to closing. What You’ll Do

• Lead the disclosure process: Manage all disclosures—from initial packages to re-disclosures and closing documents—with accuracy and timeliness.
• Keep things moving: Ensure every disclosure is delivered on time so brokers and borrowers stay on track.
• Stay ahead of changes: Handle adjustments and re-disclosures with clarity and precision.
• Support the team: Partner with brokers, processors, and internal staff to keep files compliant and on schedule.
• Protect quality: Balance speed with compliance, making sure every file meets federal, state, and company requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of disclosure, compliance, or mortgage operations experience (Non-QM or wholesale background is a plus).
• Strong understanding of disclosure timelines and compliance requirements.
• Tech-savvy with LOS platforms (MeridianLink experience a bonus).
• A team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and motivated to build a career in wholesale lending.
