Mortgage Doc Drawer/Funding Specialist

What You’ll Do:

✔ Prepare and review loan closing documents with accuracy and compliance in mind

✔Coordinate funding of mortgage loans in a timely and efficient manner

✔Communicate with internal teams, title/escrow companies, and lenders to ensure smooth closings

✔ Maintain compliance with investor and company guidelines

✔Support the team with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in mortgage loan doc drawing and/or funding

Strong knowledge of mortgage guidelines, compliance, and documentation requirements

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
