Responsibilities

-Guide clients through home purchase and refinance options

-Structure loans through our wholesale lending partners

-Manage files from application to closing with strong operational support

-Build long term referral relationships and deliver excellent customer service

-Help clients find the best loan solutions for their financial goals

Qualifications

-Active NMLS License Required

-Strong sales mindset with excellent communication skills

-Self motivated, competitive, and ready to grow production

-Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high performance environment

Compensation

-$120,000 – $300,000+ annually

-Commission based with guaranteed floor pay protection

-You will always earn either your commissions or your guaranteed floor, whichever is higher
