Earning Potential: $50,000 – $350,000+ per year | Uncapped Commission | In-Office Role

What you'll do:

• Convert leads into closed loans (purchase, refi, home equity)
• Build relationships with clients and referral partners
• Work side-by-side with your processor and LOA to move files fast
• Hit and beat your production goals with the team behind you

What you need:

• Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license (SAFE exam passed)
• 1+ year originating mortgages preferred — newer LOs with drive welcome to apply
• Comfortable on the phone
• In-office role at our Troy, MI headquarters (this is not remote)

Compensation: Commission-only, uncapped.
