Position Summary
We are seeking experienced, licensed Mortgage Loan Officers who are ready to scale their volume. We know the biggest hurdle for a top producer looking to switch brokerages is the financial risk of starting a new pipeline. To remove that risk, Lending Force offers a competitive Base Pay + Commission structure for your first 60 days. This allows you to safely transition, learn our systems, and build a massive pipeline without taking a hit to your income. Once you are ramped up, you will tap into our flat-rate commission structure fueled by live inbound transfers.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Sales: Field high-intent, live inbound transfers from qualified borrowers—eliminating the need to constantly self-source or chase realtors.
- Client Consultation: Quickly assess borrower needs, quote aggressive rates, and strategically structure loans to win the deal.
- Loan Origination: Pitch the rate, secure the lock, and immediately hand the file over to our elite in-house processing team to clear conditions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized, active pipeline and accurately document all communications within our CRM (Salesforce).
- Compliance: Ensure all origination activities strictly adhere to FNMA guidelines, TILA regulations, and Fair Housing laws.
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensing: Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license through the NMLS is strictly required.
- Experience: Proven track record of consistent production and closed units in mortgage origination.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of loan structuring, pricing margins, and standard underwriting guidelines.
- Communication Skills: Ability to confidently advise clients, overcome rate objections, and build immediate trust over the phone.
- Drive & Motivation: Highly motivated to double or triple your current production volume using our inbound lead platform.
Compensation & The 60-Day Ramp
- First 60 Days: Receive a guaranteed Base Pay + Commission while you transition and stack your pipeline.
- Day 61 and Beyond: Transition to our transparent 100 BPS flat payout. No hidden rollbacks, no tiered penalty structures, and fully uncapped earning potential.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
