REQUIREMENTS

We’re looking for individuals who are:

• Ambitious, self-motivated, and coachable
• Willingness to commit a minimum of 24+ hours per week as an MLO
• Ready to invest consistent time and effort into learning and growing
• Comfortable communicating with people in person and online
• Open to feedback, mentorship, and ongoing development
• Passionate about helping others achieve homeownership or real estate goals
• Located in and willing to become licensed in IN, KY, MI, TN, or FL.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Willing to study for and obtain the NMLS license (if not already licensed)
