We are hiring a positive, motivated professional to join our team as a Sr. Loan Officer looking for the ultimate platform and support these Referral Partners by converting these leads.

Qualifications:

• Must have active an NMLS Mortgage Originator License
• 3 Years Minimum previous experience as a Loan Officer
• Understanding of local, state and federal loan regulations
• Familiarity with loan origination software

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Referral Partner relationships that are already established by Trusted Rate
• Follow up on leads and convert them into buyers
• Assist and guide clients through the loan application process and provide them with information on available loan options
• Pull and analyze credit, review income and asset documents, and structure loans
• Collect necessary documentation such as pay stubs, tax returns, and bank statements
• Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions
• Maintain knowledge of current lending regulations and compliance standards

Pay:

• Base Pay + Commissions

Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
