About the Role

We are seeking individuals who hold an active Mortgage Loan Originator license or have passed the SAFE MLO exam. This position involves assisting clients with residential mortgage applications and working with our processing and lender partners to complete loan files.

Compensation

Compensation is based on funded loan volume through a tiered percentage model. Details are discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Review loan applications and collect required documents
• Work with borrowers through each stage of the loan process
• Communicate with processors, lenders, and partners
• Maintain your pipeline and follow compliance guidelines

Qualifications

• Active MLO license or passed SAFE MLO exam
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage a pipeline
• Relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently
