Franklin Loan Center's branch location in Rancho Cucamonga, CA seeks NMLS CA licensed residential Mortgage Loan Officers that are purchased-focused. You may work remotely from your home but also available to meet with borrowers at any of our California branch locations as needed. Individual compensation is commission-based, and we offer a lucrative generous compensation plan.

Are You:

A NMLS licensed Mortgage Loan Officer who is ready to scale from 0–1 monthly closings to 5+ per month?

Do You Have:

• An active NMLS MLO license (in good standing)
• Current fundings of 0–3 purchase loans per month
• A strong desire to double (or triple) your production. It's possible in today's market!
• Outstanding service-oriented communication & follow-up skills

The Ideal Candidate:

• Wants a lead-driven system to hit 5+ closings per month consistently
• Desires purchase-focused mortgage loans (we’ll help you dominate refi's later)
• Must be friendly, coachable, dedicated and hardworking
